They appear to be resin cast or dolls eyes that have been attached to a cuff link piece and glazed. They are pretty amazing looking.

Studios will sell off their extra inventory through certain licensed auction houses. They do not come with official studio COA's as the studio does not have the time to identify and verify every single item used on a production so they often give them to secondary auction houses to sell off assets.
