Babylon 5 Day of the Dead Brooch Screen Used Prop
This item was used on "Babylon 5", S5: E8 entitled “Day of the Dead” on TNT. These are production made and used for the background and day players.
There are several of these made and they are made out of a soft cast metal. I’m not sure if they are painted gold or gold plated. They have a red stone and a tie pin back.

Studios will sell off their extra inventory through certain licensed auction houses. They do not come with official studio COA's as the studio does not have the time to identify and verify every single item used on a production so they often give them to secondary auction houses to sell off assets. These items can often be picture matched if screen used or they often come with wardrobe/costume tag identifiers.
